A Newbie’s Guide to Using Weighted Vest

This is really cool! What do you think about weighted vests?

Currently, I personally don’t see the need for it because my own body weight seems to be enough.

However, it seems like they’d be useful for weighted dips and weighted chin-ups. Do you have any experience with weighted vests?
