This is very cool! Aimee from “Health and Fitness by Aimee” posted this and I found this very interesting.
I noticed that weight training has helped with my overall physical health, but I didn’t notice a whole lot of improvement in my mood. When I started adding more cardio, it felt like I had taken antidepressants. Suddenly all of my stress was gone.
Just another account of how exercise has been great for me 🙂 I hope it can help you also and enjoy the effects it has on your brain.
